This Privacy Notice was drafted by the Erdem Legal as data controller in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVK”).
Erden Legal shall process your personal data (Full name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail Address) processing under the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 and 6 of the KVK including to provide legal services, to manage our business operations relating to legal services we provide, technical and commercial security, to provide information about current legislation.
Your Personal Data processes by Erdem Legal by automatic or non-automatic methods specified in the KVK to benefit our clients from the legal services.
Data Subjects Rights
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVK data subjects have the above-mentioned rights.
